About this home

A warm, fully furnished two-bedroom, one-bath home for a long weekend or a few months. Mitch remodeled it himself and built beyond what code requires, so it's solid and made to last, and he knows the house well enough to handle small fixes fast. Soak in the 7-seat hot tub, let the dog run in the fenced backyard, and grow something in the big garden. It's a friendly, dog-walking neighborhood where we live too, 15 minutes on foot from the Oxford light rail station, and close to downtown Englewood, Old Town Littleton, downtown Denver and the area's major hospitals.

Cancellation policy

Firm: Full refund if you cancel more than 30 days before check-in. 50% refund if you cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in or after check-in. For stays under 28 nights booked at least 7 days before check-in, you can also cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.

Firm Long Term: For stays of 28 nights or more: full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. After that, the nights already stayed plus the next 30 nights (or the rest of the stay, if shorter) are non-refundable.

A quiet, dog-friendly street in Englewood's South Broadway area, on Denver's southern edge, about a 6-minute walk from the shops and restaurants on South Broadway. Walk about 15 minutes to the Oxford light rail station and ride into downtown Denver, Coors Field or Empower Field without parking. Downtown Englewood and Old Town Littleton are minutes away for restaurants and coffee, and Swedish Medical Center and Craig Hospital are close by for travel nurses and medical stays.
